All three gites are completely furnished. sheets and towels, including swimming towels, are provided. Wood for the fireplace is available for free.

The final cleaning is charged separately and is added to the renting fee.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is from 5 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m.

The arrival and departure day is Saturday. Other arrangements are possible, please do not hesitate to contact us .

Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is to be paid upon booking confirmation – by bank transfer or Eurocheque. Should the deposit not be received within 14 days after booking, the reservation will be cancelled.

 The remaining 75% of the rent are due 15 days before the beginning of the stay.

Cancellation of a booking

In case a cancellation is made 60 days before the renting period begins, or earlier, we reserve the right to retain 25% of the rent (the down payment). When a cancellation is effected any later than 60 days before the stay (so from the 59th day onwards), 80% of the rent are payable. This is due to the difficulty in finding rental replacement on such short notice.

If, however, there is a replacement for the booked period, there will only be a € 100,- cancellation fee.
